The Authorised Persons Association (APA) represents authorised officers from the field of Local Government Regulatory Services. This includes Rangers, Compliance Officers, General Inspectors, Animal Management Officers just to name a few.
The APA is dedicated to proactively generating a greater understanding and better-informed awareness of the role of authorised officers, their contribution and value to Local Government and community. |

The Local Government Authorised Persons Network website has been established to house relevant information regarding regulatory services for Council Officers. The content on this website has been developed by the Local Government Authorised Persons Association and continues to be managed by those working in the field, to ensure that Authorised Persons have up to date and relevant information, and have a forum to share ideas and knowledge, to assist them in their day to day functions.
