Frontline interactions in metropolitan environments can be fast-paced, high-volume and unpredictable. Authorised officers and community-facing staff are increasingly required to manage complex, emotionally charged situations while maintaining professionalism and personal safety.

This practical two-day workshop, delivered by CERT, equips participants with structured communication strategies and situational awareness techniques to remain safe, confident and effective in challenging public interactions.

To ensure the workshop reflects real operational challenges, participants are encouraged to submit anonymised real-life scenarios they would like addressed during the session.
